Max Scott, CEO

Mr. Scott is a 1971 graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder Campus, with 42 post-graduate hours. He originally became involved in the liquor license industry as a way to supplement the GI Bill for college. That was 32 years and 5000+ liquor licenses ago.

Mr. Scott has testified several thousand times as an expert in numerous municipal and county jurisdictions, in county and district court actions and before the Colorado State Legislature. He has taught CLE seminars, consulted local liquor authorities, and is published.

The Oedipeds

Oedipus, Inc. employees who conduct the petition surveys are known as Oedipeds, in that they walk door-to-door contacting "parties in interest" per the Colorado State Statute requirements of CRS 12-46, the Beer Code, and CRS 12-47, the Liquor Code.
